The 2010 Oscar Winners for Makeup

The votes have been cast and the 2010 Academy Awards and the Oscar went to the Makeup Team for Star Trek. The Star Trek Makeup Team was headed by Barney Burman, Mindy Hall and Joel Harlow, who were assisted by forty other on set Makeup Artists. All three of the featured Makeup Artists from Star Trek who now add an Oscar Statute to their illustrious accomplishments have numerous major featured films to their Makeup credits. Mr. Burman's Makeup Artist career traces back to the late 1980's with many television shows and feature films to his credit. Ms. Hall has a long list of feature films on her resume as does Mr. Harlow. Each of these now Academy Award Winning Makeup Artists have put many years into the perfection of their craft and are deservedly recognized for their artistic abilities and creativity by the Oscar Statue.
