Tonight marks the 500th published Mehron Blog Post. As a way of keeping Mehron in the present while maintaining its over eighty year history, Martin Melik, President of Mehron in conjunction with Stephanie Ferreria, Mehron Marketing Director decided that a Mehron Blog was an important part of a Web Presence for the company. On September 4, 2008, the Mehron Blog was first published. Since then, the Mehron Blog has taken readers around the world reporting on Makeup Events and discussing Makeup, its history and its future.
The Mehron Blog discussed the foundation of the Mehron Makeup Company, its growth, its expansion, its research, its formulations, its manufacturing and its future plans. The Mehron Blog introduced new products, and discussed the history of Mehron Makeup Product lines, from the early days of Clown White Makeup, the makeup of choice for the clowns at the Greatest Show on Earth, to the the introduction in 2009 at the Halloween & Party Expo of LUX Airbrush Makeup, naturally based full coverage Makeup that is ready for the future now.
The Mehron Blog has been published through two Halloween Seasons, achieving its largest single day readership on October 30, 2009. Readers were made aware of the difference in Professional Halloween Makeup and the choices available from a Professional Theatrical Makeup Company.
The Mehron Blog reported on the Art of Face Painting and Body Painting and introduced you to some of the most renowned Makeup Artists in the field. Photos from World Competitions in Body Painting and Face Painting Competitions were shared with the Mehron Blog readers, and readers met the Makeup Artists who won awards in Canada, Austria, Korea and the USA at some of the largest gatherings of Body Painting and Face Painting Makeup Artists from around the world.
The Mehron Blog shared with readers that Mehron Makeup was still the Rock Makeup of choice by two distinctly different musical talents, The Black Eyed Peas and The Black Veil Brides, both of whom contacted Mehron to let it be known that they appreciated the quality and consistency of Mehron Makeup while performing live and in videos.
