At the 2010 World Bodypainting Festival (WBF), a choreography of music, dance and show, being held from July 12 to July 18 in Seebodeen, Austria, Makeup from around the world is on display in Bodypaint City. For the 2010 WBF, Mehron is occupying Stand D13 in Bodypaint City, introducing to the world the 2010 additions to the Mehron Makeup Line.
Recently introduced at 2010 IMATS in Pasadena, California, Paradise Makeup AQ Prisma BlendSet Palette, the newest addition to the Paradise Makeup Collection is making its International Premier at the World's Premier Bodypainting Festival. To create Paradise Makeup AQ Prisma BlendSet Palette, colors of the world famous water activated cake makeup, Paradise Makeup AQ, were combined in single cakes according to the specifications of the co-creator of Pardise Makeup AQ, Jinny Houle. Equal amounts of Paradise Makeup AQ colors are aligned parallel in each of these wide cakes enabling the Makeup Artist to apply multiple colors with one even stroke.
The newly introduced Paradise Makeup AQ Prisma BlendSet Palette can be applied with either sponge or brush. Available in a professional palette that hold eight Blendsets cakes that can be replaced as needed, this new Paradise Makeup Set will bring a new dimension to face and body painting art. Attendees to the 2010 WBF can see this new Paradise Makeup addition at Stand D13 in Bodypaint City during the weeks festivities. Jinny, President of Makeup Artiste recommends how to apply Paradise Makeup AQ Prisma BlendSet Palette, Dampen sponge in water, ring out any excess water. Begin by placing the sponge at one end of the Prism cake and swipe the sponge across to the other side, back and forth without lifting the sponge. This helps keep the lines in place. When sponge is fully loaded, place on the area to be designed and “pat” colors onto the skin. Application with Brush: Wet the Custom Designed Square Paradise AQ brush and place it at one end of the Prisma cake and swipe the brush to the other side, back and forth without lifting the brush. This helps keep the colors in place. When the brush is fully loaded begin your design by placing the brush on the area to be designed and brush the colors on. Remove with soap and warm water.
